This package entitles the client named below to enjoy a total of "five (5) pre-paid sessions" / "ten(10) pre-paid sessions & one free session" with the kinesiologist named below or any kinesiologist other than a more senior kinesiologist based on published hourly rates during the "three (3) months from the date of sale" / "six(6) months from the date of sale" of this package, after we have received cleared funds in one lump sum for the entire package from you.

Each session with a kinesiologist must be booked in advance, via our website www.kinesiologyasia.com, or by calling 2960 1006. If the designated kinesiologist is unavailable, Kinesiology Asia may designate an alternative kinesiologist of comparable competence as designated by the Principal Kinesiologist to deliver (a) session(s) in this package. We will of course discuss this with you in advance.

Unless you inform us otherwise in writing or before the start of each session, we will credit each session with the client or his/her nominees against the package.

No refund will be given for any unused package, whether before or after its expiry. It is not redeemable for cash or all or part of another package, nor may it be used by or transferrable to any person other than the client named below.
